The Team Behind HyperbaricO2Care: Engineering, Quality and Global Support

HyperbaricO2Care is a manufacturer, not a trading company. We design and build mild hyperbaric oxygen chambers in our own 12,000 m² facility, and support more than 100 partners worldwide across distribution, OEM and direct supply.

A pressure vessel that people sit inside is not a product you want to buy from an intermediary. This page explains who does what behind the chamber — and why in-house engineering changes what you can expect from a supplier.

Why in-house manufacturing matters

When you buy through a trading company, every technical question has to travel through someone who did not build the machine. When you buy from the manufacturer, the answer comes from the people who set the weld procedure and signed off the pressure test.

Trading company Direct from manufacturer
Technical questions Relayed, often slowly and imprecisely Answered by the engineer who owns the design
Customisation Limited to what the catalogue offers OEM and ODM changes are feasible
Spare parts Dependent on the intermediary’s stock Traced to the original build record
Traceability Often lost Batch-level traceability retained
Accountability Split between parties One party owns the outcome

Engineering

Our engineering function covers the disciplines that determine whether a chamber is safe over a long service life:

  • Pressure vessel design — shell thickness, weld geometry and door sealing, engineered for repeated pressurisation cycles rather than occasional use.
  • Control systems — touchscreen interfaces, automated pressurisation profiles and cabin monitoring.
  • Oxygen systems — integration of the concentrator so that enriched oxygen is delivered without an external cylinder supply.
  • Safety systems — the triple relief arrangement, 4G emergency call and smoke detection fitted to every unit.
  • Acoustics and comfort — keeping operating noise low enough (≤50 dB) that a session is tolerable for a full hour.

The five models in the range — AURA One, NEPTUNE Flow, LUMINA One, TITAN Duo and POLARIS Duo — share a common engineering platform, which is why spare parts and operator training transfer between them.

Quality and compliance

Manufacturing runs under an ISO 13485 quality management system, with unit-level inspection and pressure testing before release. Full documentation is set out on our certifications page.

Inspection is not a final step bolted on at the end. Welding, sealing, control calibration and safety system function are each checked and recorded as the unit is built.

Applications engineering

Before most orders ship, someone has to work out whether the chamber will actually fit the room. Our applications team works from your floor plan to check:

  • Access route — doorway widths, corridor turns, stair access and lift capacity.
  • Floor loading — whether the structure carries the unit plus occupants.
  • Electrical supply — voltage, frequency, plug standard and dedicated circuit requirements.
  • Throughput — realistic session volume given pressurisation time and opening hours.

Our installation planning guide walks through the common scenarios.

Export and partner support

We supply across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Support for partners covers:

  • Documentation packs — declarations of conformity, certificates and specification sheets for tender and procurement files.
  • OEM and ODM — branding, finish and configuration changes for distributors building their own line.
  • Training — operator training material covering normal operation and emergency procedure.
  • After-sales — spare parts traced to the original build record, plus remote technical support.

Regional details are covered on our USA, Europe, Australia, Middle East and Asia-Pacific pages.

How to reach the right person

Send us your country, intended application and rough timeline, and we will route your enquiry to the team that can actually answer it — engineering for technical questions, export for commercial ones. Start on the contact page.
