Electrical configuration
Chambers are configured for 230 V, 50 Hz for Europe. Confirm your plug standard and whether a dedicated circuit is required at order stage — changing this after shipment is avoidable but annoying.

Shipping and logistics
Units ship by sea freight for standard orders, with air freight available where the timeline justifies the cost. Typical planning assumptions:
- Production — built and inspected before release.
- Sea freight — the economical option; allow a longer window and plan for port handling.
- Air freight — faster, significantly more expensive, worth it for single urgent units.
- Customs — we supply commercial invoice, packing list and conformity documentation; import duties and clearance are handled by the buyer or their agent.
Our chambers carry CE marking and are manufactured under an ISO 13485 quality management system, which covers the two things European buyers check first. Where a chamber will be used in a clinical rather than wellness context, additional national registration may apply and is the operator’s responsibility.
